This simple, naturally gluten-free breakfast casserole is hearty, cheesy, and full of flavor from the sausage (or bacon) and cheese.
Serving Suggestions: Serve for breakfast or brunch with a sweet muffin, strawberry salad, or smoothie.
Mix It Up:
Kick up the flavor by adding in your favorite chopped, sautéed vegetables. Onions, bell peppers, mushrooms, spinach or kale would all be excellent additions.
Used diced ham instead of bacon or sausage.
Recipe #2: Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Baked Oatmeal
