We mashed up our blog and cookbook recipes to create this gluten-free version that our families love! So much sneaky nutrition is packed into this creamy, comforting soup.
Serving Suggestions: Serve with grilled cheese sandwiches. Try cutting them into sticks and serving with a little bowl of soup for kids to dip them in.
Mix It Up:
- If you have fresh basil on hand, toss in a handful and blend it in at the end for an extra pop of flavor and color.
